Some Windows browsers must run in 32-bit mode to work with Watch on

The browser you use to access Watch on must be running in 32-bit mode.
If you're running Windows 7 or Windows 8 in 64-bit mode, you must download and install a 32-bit version of your browser before launching Watch on

How do you know if you're running a 64-bit version of Windows?

Here's how you can verify which version of Windows you're running:

  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Find the icon for Computer. Right-click it.
  3. From the context menu that appears, select Properties.
    The View basic information about your computer screen appears.
  4. Under System, view System type.
You'll see that you're either running a 32-bit or a 64-bit version of Windows.
  • If you're running a 32-bit version of Windows, you're all set.
  • If you're running a 64-bit version of Windows, you need to download and install 32-bit versions of your web browsers.
Please check with the browser developer for more information about 32-bit browser version availability.

If you're running a 64-bit version of Windows, you can determine whether your browser is a 32-bit application by using the Task Manager:

  1. Right-click on the Task Bar.
  2. Select Start Task Manager.
  3. Click the Processes tab.
  4. Look for the listing for your web browser. If it's a 32-bit application, its label has "* 32" in it.
    Example: iexplore.exe * 32
